Team Building Activity: Learn the Fundamentals of Homemade Sushi

Bring your crew into their own sushi stations with this in-person team building activity from Chef Paul. They'll learn the magic of creating handmade sushi in a delicious variety of tastes and textures. 


Begin with a lesson in preparing perfect sushi rice and use it as a base for several fabulous creations. Learn techniques for making nigiri and sashimi before mastering sushi rolls, including a spicy salmon roll flavored with fiery jalapeños, a cool and creamy Philadelphia roll featuring smoked salmon and cream cheese, a torched double crab roll, and a sweet mango roll. End your session with, a tasty Korean invention that blends a croissant with a waffle. 


MENU

All necessary cooking equipment, dinnerware and utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to an outlet, sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. The chef will arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
