Team Building Activity: Pizza Party for the Whole Team
In this team-building activity, you and your work family will get together to throw a stellar pizza making party. This class is led by an experienced host, Chef Logan, who will guide you from dough to oven. First, you will assemble an antipasto platter that features an assortment of meats, cheeses and vegetables. Next, you will prepare a classic Caesar salad with freshly made rosemary croutons before making your own pizza. See who can make the best pizza or simply have a great time together.

Make Your Own Pizza
With homemade pizza dough, pizza sauce, mozzarella, a choice of Italian deli meats, roasted red peppers,
sundried tomatoes, Italian sausage, arugula, mushrooms and pineapple (if requested)
Homemade Cannoli
With Nutella and ricotta filling

Meet your chef
Chef Logan is an experienced chef with a number of titles under his belt, from executive chef to director of team building exercises for a world-renowned food company. Chef Logan's background spans a diverse array of cuisines, although his specialty is Italian food. He prides himself on his homemade pizza, which he loves to share with his students. Not only does Chef Logan work with aspiring chefs of all abilities but also of any dietary persuasion, as he can easily accommodate allergies and intolerances.
