Our team had an absolutely fantastic time at the Fresh Pasta Making class for our team building event!. Chef Tiore was incredibly engaging, patient, and knowledgeable, making the experience fun and low-stress for everyone, from beginners to more experienced cooks. She provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions and great tips. It was the perfect mix of learning, laughing, and collaborating. We loved the hands-on nature, getting to mix, roll, and shape our own pasta!. The end result was incredibly delicious – we made pasta that we can't wait to make again at home. This was a perfect low-key, fun, and informative way to bond as a team, better than any typical office event. We left with full bellies, new skills, and great memories. Big thanks to Chef Tiore for a memorable experience – we'll definitely be back!.

The instructor was absolutely amazing—so incredibly kind, highly insightful, and she brought such a fun, infectious personality to the entire session. Chef Agnes brought all of the ingredients we needed, and she was willing to make it work even if we didn’t have all of the ideal equipment (she mentioned that a hand mixer could be used if we didn’t have a stand mixer). She was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and gave helpful feedback. She paced the class really well to make eclairs and cream puffs in two hours, including making the craquelin, choux pastry, pastry cream, and chocolate ganache. We had a blast! You should budget time after the class to finish filling/dipping the remaining pastries and to clean up.

Chef Harold was fantastic! He was very personable and gave great demonstrations on how to make everything! Everyone in our group enjoyed this class and would recommend. It was also fun that it was at a local brewery so you could get a drink to enjoy while making your sushi as well.

Chef Andre was very attentive and helpful! He made sure everyone in the group got it, and gave hands on help when some of us were struggling a bit more. He would thrive having his own kitchen space to work in, that was really the only downside but we know that's out of his control!

The class was very cool. We only had 2 issues, he talked for a good 30 minutes about his history and you start to lose people’s interest that way. We’re in it for the hands on. So a little less talking or talk while we’re being active. The main issue my group had was we would’ve preferred if he showed us a roll and then we could prep it. Showing all three rolls at once made it so everyone forgot what goes in each. And then we were eating it all at once instead of spreading it out. Other than that definitely a cool concept.

Amy Lee was the best instructor for our group! She timed the phases of our painting perfectly and encouraged everyone to let loose and just have fun. We had a few perfectionists and she made them feel supported and seen! I had such a good time with her and her beautiful rainbow hair! We are for sure going to hire her again. What an incredibly fun evening!

My fiancé and I took this class and had a great time! Chef Harold was very clear in his demonstrations and had a great sense of humor. The sushi we made was delicious and he did a great job managing a large group (20ish people). All of the ingredients were prepared (e.g. shrimp and sweet potato tempura already cooked), which meant it was delicious and perfectly cooked. It is definitely a beginner class, meaning that we just focused on rolling hand rolls and maki (no frying or cutting things ourselves), that said it is WAY harder than you expect and definitely made me appreciate the skill that goes into forming and preparing sushi! Highly recommend!

Chef Harold was fantastic and we really enjoyed the Sushi 101 class. He did a great job explaining the ingredients, where to get them, why we take certain steps, and catered to everyone individually. The instructions were easy to follow and he made sure to demonstrate twice so we understood the technique and then helped everyone with questions. I would certainly recommend Chef Harold to anyone interested in sushi or other classes he offers.

Elisabeth is an excellent instructor. We arrived early and were chatting about art and music while looking at all the displayed works around the studio. Once class started, she made everyone comfortable and gave very clear technical instructions while stressing there is no wrong way to do art!
