Cooking Class: Popular Sushi Rolls

Sushi lovers and those just starting out will discover the joys of maki making in this literal hands-on cooking class. As a starter, Chef Justin will share easy-to-follow instructions for preparing a crab salad comprised of Japanese Kani and julienned cucumbers topped with spicy mayo and crunchy panko. Then he will guide you in assembling and rolling three maki favorites: popular California, savory dragon, and colorful rainbow topped with an assortment of fresh fish. Save room for dessert: crispy golden banana tempura à la mode.

Chef Justin's Flavors of Latin America class was awesome! He and his wife welcomed our party of 6 into their beautiful home and made us all feel so comfortable. He took the time to teach each of us different cooking techniques and tips so we were all part of the meal while also allowing us to socialize and enjoy ourselves. He broke down a 3 course meal in a way that even the most beginner of cooks can keep up. Not to mention the actual meal was amazing, everyone had seconds and took home leftovers! He also made sure to adhere to the highest COVID-19 safety standards to keep everyone safe. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible and fun a class with Chef Justin is. Would recommend for any date night, girls night, or just to learn some new skills and recipes!
