Cooking Class: Vegan Indian Delights

A three-course menu of vegan Indian comfort foods prepared with the freshest of local ingredients awaits you in this hands-on class with Chef Josh!


You’ll learn to fry pakora, a popular Indian snack, made from chickpea batter, fried onion and spices, and prepare an intricate navratan korma (nine gems) using nine different seasonal vegetables, fruits and nuts, served over basmati rice. And for dessert, venture into the world of carrot halwa, a classic Indian sweet.

He has worked in a variety of restaurants preparing a wide array of different cuisines. Chef Josh enjoys learning new skills, perfecting his craft and adding to his culinary repertoire.
