This hands-on cooking class takes you on a four-course journey through the flavors and fragrances of seasonal Italian cuisine. Chef Danushka will share helpful tips on how to create flavor using fresh herbs and citrus. Your meal starts with a Tuscan panzanella salad with fresh vegetables, basil and balsamic vinaigrette. You'll prepare perfectly sautéed chicken breasts with homemade herb butter and asparagus and Parmesan risotto. This cooking class ends on a sweet note with Nutella brownies.
