Team Building Activity: Traditional Moroccan Cooking

In this team building activity with Chef Kira, you and your team will experience a culinary journey through Moroccan cuisine and learn how to create classic recipes from the region, including tagine. To start, you'll work together to make a refreshing tomato and cucumber salad. Then, Chef Kira will show you how to prepare the iconic dish of Morocco, tagine with couscous and traditional spices, with options for either a chicken or vegetable tagine. Lastly, you'll whip up mouthwatering orange and rose dessert cigars to end your class with something sweet.
