In this interactive cooking class with Chef Shahida, you'll learn to how to hand-roll sushi like a professional. This introductory class covers sushi basics like making sushi rice, how to roll sushi and how to properly slice fillings. You'll learn to make vegetable maki and a specialty roll of your choice, as well as a spiced edamame starter.
