Cooking classes with Chef Theo take you on a journey through Creole culture with high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. You'll start with a fresh and colorful heirloom tomato salad with a homemade balsamic reduction. Next is a traditional gumbo loaded with chicken, sausage, shrimp and crab served with French bread and homemade garlic butter. You'll end with a sweet treat of blondies with a brown sugar glaze.

I really enjoyed working with Chef Theo! His specialty is Creole cuisine and his food is delicious. He is really knowledgeable about flavors and thoroughly explained all the choices he was making with technique and ingredients. He makes cooking seem effortless! I recommend Chef Theo for your next cooking class, and especially if you're looking for Creole flair!
