Team Building Activity: Make Street Food Favorites From Mexico

Team building has rarely been as delicious as in this hands-on team building activity from Chef David. He'll lead your crew through a collaborative lesson in some of Mexico's finest street food selections. 


This session begins with a lesson in homemade corn tortilla chips and salsa made from freshly roasted vegetables. Then, it's on to hearty beef empanadas, savory Mexican hand pies made zesty with fresh chimichurri sauce. Your team will also create elotes, roasted Mexican street corn made decadent with cotija cheese, plus a cilantro lime rice side and crispy cinnamon-sugar churros with a handmade chocolate sauce perfect for dipping.

Smokey Elotes
