Next, Chef Chericia will walk you through creating homemade pizzas from scratch, which you'll get to top with cheese, meats and vegetables of your choice. On the side, you'll have a fresh Italian salad piled high with crisp tomatoes, onions and olives. Wrap up this delectable meal with a refreshing raspberry sorbet, sweetened with rose water.

Chef Cece was amazing! She made sure everyone in our class had a chance to try each technique she demonstrated, and she made sure everyone had fun. I can't wait to take another class with her.
Born and raised in Washington D.C., Chef Chericia's love for food comes from cooking Southern classics with her mother.
