Bring your team together for an unforgettable time with a team building activity that combines exciting competition and gourmet foods! Chef Malik will be your group's expert guide as he teaches everyone the basics of making fresh pasta by hand.


After learning how to make pasta and two staple sauces, your group will split into teams to compete for the culinary crown. Using creative thinking and technical know-how, each group will make their own fresh pasta dough. They'll shape it however they like and create a tasty sauce all their own using a wide variety of mix-in ingredients. The dish that's most innovative, attractive and delicious will earn the win. It's a fun-filled challenge that ends with a feast!

Pasta Dough

With flour, egg, olive oil, salt and water


Marinara Sauce

With crushed tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, oregano and salt


Alfredo Sauce

With heavy cream, garlic, butter, parmesan cheese and flour


Various "mix-in" Ingredients:
