She'll demonstrate the traditions behind a selection of small dishes that blend the truest tastes of Spanish cuisine into every bite. Your team will enjoy cooking and feasting together while learning valuable new skills.
Start your lesson with blistered peppers seasoned with sea salt and goat cheese-smothered toast topped with grass-fed flank steaks. Then, prepare patatas bravas topped with garlic aioli made from scratch and create fresh, succulent shrimp flavored with garlic and chilis served alongside roasted carrots. And to hit the sweet spot, whip up a traditional spongey Spanish cake that will become a staple dessert in all your kitchens!
