Invigorate your crew with some friendly competition and great eats in this team building activity turned cooking competition. They'll enjoy a tantalizing chef-prepared taco station, fun trivia and a dip-making competition with a feisty edge. Chef Zach will be your culinary guide through this fun event and will demonstrate an expert's guacamole-making methods before letting the crew split into teams to compete.

Using a variety of ingredients, they'll exercise creativity, leadership and teamwork to work to create the most innovative, best-tasting guac in the room! Dine together, share laughs and make it an event to remember. Feel free to provide your own wine or alcoholic beverages for the team.

MENU

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Guacamole Competition

Ingredient options include avocados, ripe tomatoes, spices, citrus, corn, beans, red onions, tropical fruit, chili peppers and more

DIY Taco Station Lunch and Trivia

With corn tortillas, flour tortillas, choice of chicken or beef, fajita vegetables, salsa, cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce and tortilla chips

BYOB red wine or white wine, optional

This is a BYOB venue and alcoholic beverages are not available for sale. You are welcome to bring beer and wine to enjoy during class.

Chef Zach turned our pasta-making class into a comedy show! His jokes were as well-crafted as the pasta we rolled.The desert was heavenly and now i know why he never gets bored of it :) , Who knew learning to cook could be this entertaining? Grazie, Chef!

Absolutely thrilled with the cooking class led by Chef Zach! His expertise and passion for Central Italian cuisine shone throughout the session. We made pasta from scratch and navigated a three-course menu like pros, all thanks to Zach's clear instructions and hands-on guidance. What really stood out was how he made complex techniques seem attainable for us, mixing in just the right amount of humor to keep things light and engaging. A five-star experience from start to finish—I can't recommend Zach's classes highly enough!

Chef Zach was great! I attended with my adult son (a Mother's Day Gift). Even though I have done a fair amount of cooking in my life, I learned about pasta making which scared me and some other great tips along the way. My son learned a whole host of things to add to his burgeoning cooking interest. Chef Zach was a delight, teaching us in a fun and easy manner - and none of our questions were stupid. Chef Zach welcomed us into a warm inviting environment - a wonderful host. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to dip their toes into cooking, or add a cuisine to their knowledge, or just to have a fun evening.

Chef Zach was amazing! He was hands-on but he also let us really own our part in the class. The food was delicious, scrumptious and overall, a delight! I learned so much and I can't wait to show off at the next dinner party. If you love pasta, this is the class for you. You will not pick up dry pasta again!

Learning how to cook with Chef Zach was a very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable experience. The food we prepared was delicious, and used simple enough ingredients to be able to recreate the dishes at home. I would highly recommend!
