Team Building Activity: Fiesta Flavors and Fiery Competition
Learn how to make flavorful dips for your next fiesta in this team building activity led by Chef Catalina. You'll make the best guacamole and salsa you've also had, while making memories with your team.
First, Chef Catalina will guide you on how to use fresh avocados to make guacamole flavored with tangy lime and the right amount of seasonings. Then learn how to make a classic tomato salsa with a hint of spice from jalapeños. You'll have plenty of fun ingredients like habanero peppers, corn and mango to create customized dips of your own. Each group will get to create their own unique flavors to compete for the best guac and salsa in the room. Witness creativity, leadership, teamwork and bonding as everyone competes for the win!
