Chef Catalina was patient and explained every step, answering all questions. Her home was inviting and clean and perfectly set up. I loved how skilled she was at letting people volunteer but also gently guiding people to get involved. All the food turned out amazing! I love how she explained why she chose which ingredients. I learned so much, had fun, and had an amazing meal!

Chef Catalina was amazing ! The whole experience was amazing. We got hands on, got to learn so much about food chemistry, mingled with other couples, and the food was amazing. She was professional, fun, and knowledgeable! Great date night idea !

My family and I loved Chef Catalina! We learned how to make green papaya salad, pad Thai, green curry and sticky rice. Catalina was knowledgeable, organized and guided us every step of the class. Her beautiful kitchens was comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely evening.

Catalina is a great teacher and showed a lot a good cooking techniques. Very knowledgeable about the ingredients and where to buy them. The spacious kitchen and monster-sized island made for a perfect cooking classroom. Very enjoyable evening - and a great meal as well!

This was a great class! My husband and I attended. Chef Catalina's kitchen was cozy and beautiful. She is so nice and knowledgeable about food. The meal was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert! Our experience was wonderful and we would definitely book another class with her. I highly recommend this experience and chef!

Gifted this experience to my son and 2 of his friends for his 22nd birthday. They all had a blast and their smiles in the videos/pics they took made my mama heart glow. If this is your first cooking experience, the format has one cooking station and everyone in the class will participate in chopping, mixing, peeling, etc to make the 3 dishes as a whole. You can ask questions to the chef and learn tricks and tips. I enjoyed the class very much. It's a great way to learn new flavors and taste ingredients right then and there. A great way to enjoy the night by yourself or with a friend within a group

I love to cook and have always wanted to take on Thai food, but have been hesitant because I could never get the ingredients quite right. Chef Catalina broke down all barriers for me! First of all, she has an AMAZING teaching kitchen that is perfect for instruction. She was extremely organized - had all the ingredients laid out for our group of 7 so that we could easily work and watch. And, she was very knowledgable and professional. She explained what we were doing and why. When she spoke about the ingredients, she also had the packaging available so we could see what to purchase and, importantly, she told us where to find them and what to look for. I particularly liked that she did not "take over" and let the participants actually participate in the process! We made a balanced meal - spicy papaya salad, a vegetable curry and shrimp pad Thai. Everything was good and I feel confident that I can not only make everything again, but can now venture in the area of Thai cooking!

We had a good time and having only 4 people in the class was a bonus! Catalina was friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason why we gave 4 stars is because it would of been nice to have a recipe to take home to be able to make the dish on our own. I understand a lot of it is taste preference but to have a basic recipe would of be great!
