Team Building Activity: Fiesta Fun Cooking Competition

Learn kitchen skills from an expert and get excited for some friendly (or feisty!) competition in this fun team building activity. Chef Blake will give your team a culinary crash course, including techniques and recipes for making fresh guacamole and salsa. Once everyone's learned the basics, the competition will set in!


Everyone will split into groups and work together to compete for the title of Guacamole Guru! Using their natural strengths in leadership and problem-solving, groups will get a serious exercise in creative thinking as they use a wide variety of ingredients to create their own unique guacamole and salsa flavors. From fiery habanero peppers to blue cheese crumbles to bacon and smoked salmon, the combinations and flavors are nearly endless! Teams will be judged on the creativity, appearance and overall taste of their dishes.


Treat the team to a team building activity that strengthens their teamwork skills, lets them have fun and provides them with plenty of tasty bites!
