Team Building Activity: Creating a Custom Chocolate Assortment
This fun team building activity is sure to satisfy everyone's sweet tooth. Create your own handmade chocolate creations as a team and learn expert candy crafting techniques from an expert.
Chef Kelly will teach your team the delicate art of creating chocolate treats, including balancing temperatures and textures. You’ll be provided with a variety of mix-ins from crunchy nuts to spicy chili powder. Then, you’ll be divided into smaller groups to work together and create your own “Box of Chocolates”. Mix and match flavors to create a variety of treats that represents your group's unique tastes! Shake things up and compete for the best chocolate in the room or simply relax and socialize as a group.
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

We had such a fun time at our cooking class with Chef Kelly! It was so hands on and I really felt like we learned so much about pasta making. I feel confident and excited to try the recipes at home. I would definitely recommend this class!! Chef Kelly is awesome !

Notably, her professional achievements include a position as the managing lead instructor at a notable recreational cooking school in NYC, as well as working in the test kitchens of one of the top gourmet food magazines in the country.
