Chef Janet's class was very thorough and informative. My wife and I had picked this class as an anniversary gift, and we enjoyed it very much. Thanks to her we feel very confident in making our own pasta now. I highly recommend this class. The location was easy to find, and the parking is okay. The brewery has a fun atmosphere.

My girlfriend and I did a Sushi Making class with Janet and it was a blast! We learned so much and she’s very knowledgeable and helpful. I left the class feeling like I could tackle any sushi I wanted to try!
