Learn how to make a classic sushi feast in this team building activity!
The class begins by slicing thin pieces of tuna to make a carpaccio served with creamy avocado, fresh cucumber and radish sprouts. Next, you'll learn how to make onigiri with seasoned sushi rice stuffed with spicy mayo and wrapped in nori. Serve it with a creamy and spicy mayonnaise for dipping. Then, layer slices of tuna, salmon, cucumber and avocado onto rice and nori sheets to make a colorful and fresh rainbow roll. Finally, whip up a decadent mango mousse made with whipped cream for dessert. End the class by enjoying your handmade creations with your team, reveling in your newfound cooking skills and memories made together.
