I have made pasta, on and off, for many years but really don’t know the process in depth enough to comfortably teach my granddaughter so I signed us both up for Chef Sarah’s class. It was a great success. Not only did my granddaughter get an understanding, but I learned a lot more about the why and wherefore. Chef Sarah was a great instructor. Knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She was well prepared and helpful.

The location & setup was nothing like what we thought it would be. We left after 1pm when the class still hadn’t started yet. Disappointing

Focusing on using seasonal, local ingredients to create global-inspired cuisines, Chef Sarah's dishes are always as beautiful as they are delicious. She wants to pass her passion for the culinary arts to hungry foodies and home chefs, teaching kitchen confidence, techniques and intuitive cooking through fun and engaging cooking classes.
