Sarah was a pleasure to learn from. She's personable and her experience and knowledge in food and culture was on full display through her teaching. I learned more than I thought I would and am excited to make dishes I was previously intimidated to make. I would love to take more classes with her and would strongly encourage others to do the same.

Chef Sarah was super nice and I learned a lot from the two hr class. Pretty much every sentence she spoke contained helpful and new-to-me knowledge. The only negative to this class was that there was a loud jazz band playing nearby however we were able to mitigate the sound by partially closing a door between us and the band. I can't wait to try making sushi at home after taking this class.

Focusing on using seasonal, local ingredients to create global-inspired cuisines, Chef Sarah's dishes are always as beautiful as they are delicious. She wants to pass her passion for the culinary arts to hungry foodies and home chefs, teaching kitchen confidence, techniques and intuitive cooking through fun and engaging cooking classes.
