During this pasta making workshop, you'll learn how to transform simple ingredients into classic Italian pasta dishes, starting with shaping your own dough from scratch. This is followed by creating a variety of delicious sauces. Your group will compete in a lively pasta-making challenge, each vying for bragging rights and a chance to showcase their culinary skills. At the end of the competition, dishes will be judged on creativity, presentation and quality, ensuring a fun and spirited contest. When the timer stops, you'll share in the ultimate reward of savoring the delectable dishes you've crafted from scratch!
MENU
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
Pasta Dough
With flour, egg, olive oil, salt and water
Marinara Sauce
With crushed tomatoes, onions, garlic, basil, oregano and salt
Alfredo Sauce
With heavy cream, garlic, butter and Parmesan cheese
Various "Mix-In" Ingredients
With chicken, sausage, shrimp, mushrooms, spinach and more

Was gifted this class for Mother’s Day and it was the perfect gift. Chef Emmanuelle was a great teacher and not only did we learn to make delicious chocolate truffles and crepes, she shared a multitude of cooking tips and tricks! If you go, bring a small insulated bag with an ice pack to transport your truffles! It was a little warm in our venue and the truffles didn’t set up as nice as they should have. We refrigerated them when we got home and they were fine. I can’t wait to recreate them at home!

My girlfriend and I took this ratatouille cooking class and had an absolutely amazing time. The setup was intimate and perfect for a date night — hands-on, relaxed, and so much fun. Chef was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding us through every step while sharing interesting tips and background on the dish. We loved working together to prep, season, and layer everything just right. It was fun and enjoyable! Chef was amazing sharing her homemade tea which was light and refreshing. The final dish looked beautiful and tasted even better. Definitely one of our favorite experiences together — highly recommend for anyone looking for something different and memorable. We’ll definitely be signing up for another class soon!
