Chef Asher was great. His explanations and demonstrations were fun and easy to follow. I had a few issues with the venue. The brewery had a speaker in our area and music was constantly playing. Making it hard to hear Chef. Also, crowded in a small area.

This was such a fun date night! Chef Asher knows his stuff! Not only were the Korean tacos delicious, he gave us handy tips & tricks that I can use in my own kitchen. I would definitely take a class again!

His expertise encompasses stellar work in cooking, sous chef, butchering, retail management and serving wholeheartedly as an artisan cheese connoisseur. Chef Asher strives to highlight his passion for the hospitality industry in his exceptional work. He graduated with honors from The Art Institute of California, running the school kitchen as Chef de Cuisine and enjoys sharing his expertise with others.
