Team Building Activity: Handmade Sushi Challenge
Master the art of making sushi by hand in this exciting team-building activity. Chef Legina will teach you how to make perfectly fluffy sushi rice and use it in authentic California rolls with crab and cucumber and shrimp tempura rolls with avocado. Once you've learned the basics, break into groups to compete to be the day's sushi masters. Make an original and delicious roll using mix-in ingredients. Make it sweet with mango and pineapple or go spicy with jalapeños and Sriracha mayonnaise. Sample the other rolls and crown and winner!
