Team Building Activity: Latin Tacos With the Team
Chef Andy is geared up to show your crew how to create authentic Latin-style tacos in this exciting team building activity. Your crew will learn the fundamentals of taco making before launching into a competition where flavor and texture count!
Begin by enjoying elote cups with fried onions and warm queso, a treat that comes courtesy of Chef Andy himself. Then, break into smaller teams and tackle handcrafted tortillas, searing marinated chicken and an authentic rice and beans side dish.
Finish your session with a batch of lightly fried Mexican churro pastries and chocolate syrup to serve them with.

My wife and I had fun with Chef Andy's assistant for The Bear themed class. Even took home a jar of our own giardiniera. This would be a good class for absolute beginners. My wife has done a lot of cooking so we would look for a more advanced class next time.
