Collaboratively, your team will develop unique guacamole and salsa recipes, showcasing their creativity, presentation skills, and palate-pleasing flavors. This was such a wonderful experience for my girlfriend and me! Chef Greg taught us so many great cooking tips and let us take the helm on preparing the appetizer and dinner. The food was amazing and he seemed to have as much fun as we did. He shared his experience through the years and fun stories in the kitchen, including how he finds inspiration for new recipes with sauces/seasonings to match them. I would highly recommend anyone to take this class - whether as a date or group event!

He has a bachelor's degree in restaurant, culinary, and catering management, is a former restaurant owner, has two decades worth of experience as an executive chef, and is the owner of a renowned catering company known for its creative and custom menus. Chef Greg looks forward to teaching you smart cooking techniques and incredible recipes you'll recreate time and time again.
