You don't have to go all the way to NYC to enjoy the best of Little Italy's eateries. In this in-person cooking class, Chef Jason will teach you how to prepare a four-course meal inspired by Little Italy's best restaurants. Italian-American recipes you'll be preparing include a colorful New York-style caprese salad with lots of mozzarella, prime-cut New York strip steak and a savory chicken Francese with lemons, organic broth and white wine. Chocolate chip brownies with homemade vanilla bean ice cream follows for dessert.
