You'll prepare grilled shrimp with the zing of lemon and orange zest, seasonal fish flavored with a citrus rub and fruit compote and grilled chicken and rice inspired by the flavors of Cuba. And for dessert, you'll whip up kiwi lime tarts that end your lesson on a sunny note.

Her passion for cooking comes through in her friendly, informative and interactive style of instruction.
