In this hands-on cooking experience, you’ll learn to raise the breakfast bar with a zesty omelet featuring chorizo, potatoes, onions, green pepper, and sharp cheddar cheese. Creamy bacon and cheddar grits makes for a hearty second course. And breakfast wouldn't be complete without French toast. Their version includes Cuban bread, cinnamon, vanilla and powdered sugar…think of it as breakfast for dessert!

When I received the menu I liked that I had homemade dishes, but Chefs Iris and Michael surprised me with the taste of their dishes, exquisite each one of them, especially "Arroz con Pollo", was my favorite next to pudding dessert. Chefs Iris and Michael make the complete experience with their kindness and generosity, I recommend them highly.

Their first cookbook, published in 2010, features comforting Southern food that draws on their Florida roots; a follow-up published in 2011 focuses on traditional holiday recipes. In their roles as culinary instructors, the duo have been featured on several TV programs, radio programs and in many publications.
