Learn fundamental knife skills in this hands-on cooking class.
In this hands-on culinary experience, Chef Mike will teach you the essentials to properly using knives in the kitchen. Gain confidence and an understanding of general knife styles and anatomy, the safety precautions, and basic use and care. Then, you'll learn different knife cuts and the appropriate times to use them for different dishes and food. You'll also get to put your newly-learned knife skills to the test while creating fresh vegetable summer rolls.

Chef Mike was great and the class was super fun. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to demonstrate technique, share insights, or help us out. Lastly, the class was a blast!
