First, you’ll learn to prepare Caponata Catanese, an exciting sweet-and-sour eggplant dish. Then, it's onward to casarecce alla Norma, a handmade pasta served with eggplant, tomatoes, basil, and ricotta salata. And your journey comes to a sweet, satisfying close with traditional cannoli made with ricotta, candied fruit and pistachios.
