Team Building Activity: Asian-Mexican Fusion Menu
Bring the best of Asian and Mexican cuisines together in a zesty team building activity, courtesy of Chef Yapo! Your associates will have a tremendous time gathering new skills and picking up new recipes as they learn from a pro. You'll create a fusion spread that includes Asian classics such as firecracker shrimp, avocado egg rolls and panko lump crab cakes. From the Mexican side of the menu, create Baja crema to enjoy with your main dishes and a fun fried ice cream dessert made with crushed cinnamon toast cereal.
