Team Building Activity: Master Gyoza-Making

Bond with your team over a fun-filled team building activity led by a world-class chef. With Chef Krong's expert help, teams will learn to pair ingredients and practice techniques to perfect a traditional Asian meal. 


Participants will begin by preparing a delicate tofu miso soup with scallions before moving on to the main event. Everyone will make delectable vegetable and chicken gyoza dumplings folded by hand. Groups will chop and mix a flavorful filling before hand-stuffing and folding dumpling paper and steaming or pan-frying the dumplings. Afterward, everyone comes together to enjoy a creamy coconut milk rice pudding. 


MENU

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

Chef Krong went above and beyond to make my mom’s birthday night special. She came to our home and my family had so much fun learning how to make sushi with her. We had a few extra people show up (my family is quite large 😅) and she was very accommodating letting them watch and hang out while she did the class. I highly recommend booking with her for an excellent and intimate cooking experience. 10/10, no notes.
