You'll learn how to create several rolls, including tuna tataki with sesame, pickled cucumbers and orange-ginger ponzu sauce, a California roll with crab, cucumber and avocado, a Philadelphia roll with salmon and a dragon roll with tempura shrimp and eel sauce. For dessert, coconut sticky rice with fresh mango will be served.
