Cooking Class: Sushi Crash Course

Create a five-course feast of Japanese sushi favorites in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Patrick. 

Master the art of Japanese cuisine and learn how to perfect sushi with a variety of jam-packed rolls using fresh and exotic ingredients. You'll learn how to create several rolls, including tuna tataki with sesame, pickled cucumbers and orange-ginger ponzu sauce, a California roll with crab, cucumber and avocado, a Philadelphia roll with salmon and a dragon roll with tempura shrimp and eel sauce. For dessert, coconut sticky rice with fresh mango will be served.
