Steakhouse-style surf and turf dining is the order of the day in this interactive cooking class from Chef Sean. He'll share his methods for bringing a classic meal with elevated style to your dining room table.

Prepare a light and lovely salad featuring a blend of quinoa, couscous and garden vegetables before preparing a grilled, decadent main dish featuring grilled filet mignon and colossal prawns. 

Then, create a creamy asparagus risotto to enjoy on the side and whip up an ice cream cheesecake for an irresistibly indulgent dessert.
