Prepare a light and lovely salad featuring a blend of quinoa, couscous and garden vegetables before preparing a grilled, decadent main dish featuring grilled filet mignon and colossal prawns.
Then, create a creamy asparagus risotto to enjoy on the side and whip up an ice cream cheesecake for an irresistibly indulgent dessert.

After completing his culinary arts education, Chef Sean worked his way through the Pittsburgh food scene. Beginning as a shift manager, he eventually became a line cook and then a kitchen manager in Atlanta.
