Hanna was the instructor tonight. She was awesome and so very helpful guiding first time painters to understand how to navigate the elemnts of the painting where the composition could easily go off course for new artists. She was delightful and helkped keep everyone moving forward within the class time.

Tony wasn't even our instructor. Although he was supposed to be. We had Amanda. She was nice but not attentive enough. We needed help and kind of just waited while she moved on with the next steps. After feeling like we weren't getting the instruction/help we needed we left early without finishing the painting.

Hi Tony! Although the class itself went well the instructor was great and super helpful - the 3 stars is related to the customer service of Pinots Palette’s staff. When my friend and I arrived we were standing around for a while waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Once someone came to greet us, they walked us over to the back space. A couple of my friends were over an hour late. When they arrived, again no one greeted them or tried to help them to get to the back space. One employee actually sat down at the front desk and started typing on their computer and didn’t bother to acknowledge the 2 guests waiting at the front. After waiting 10 minutes, they texted the group and walked to the back on their own. This had a negative impact on their overall experience. There needs to be a better process for communicating to private groups where they should go with instructions on not needing to wait for someone before walking to the back. Thanks!

This was my second class in 3 months, and it was absolutely fantastic! I love the set up, the vibe, the instructors, the music, the reasonably-priced drinks, etc.! My friends and I will continue to visit and enjoy painting nights, even if we aren’t great artists! 👍

Tony and his staff are good people. They set up a wonderful team building event. The a rtist was very positive and very patient helping everyone paint. The drinks were tasty and the service was great. Definetly planning future team or networking events

Had a good time celebrating my friend’s birthday. It was relaxing and the instructor was really helpful. I hadn’t eaten that day because I had a lot of errands and one of the staff gave me an energy bar. Highly recommend this place.

I love this place. Every time I visit the staff is so friendly to me. The drinks are strong and delicious and the music always set the vibe for great painting. I highly recommend this place to visit for date night or just a night to get away.

Absolutely LOVED this experience! My significant other and I did this on a weekend evening and had such a blast painting and having drinks. Our painting teacher was fantastic and hilarious and made all of us feel like budding little artists (even though my painting argued otherwise... lol). We are going to make a routine out of this and plan to go here for many more painting and drinking sessions to come!

I came here this past March with a couple of friends and we had a great time! The drinks were really good, I love the "dirty paint water" drink the best, it looked so realistic that I almost dipped my brush in it. This place will give you a great time and it's a great vibe, definitely recommend for a date night or a friends night out!

Super fun! You do not have to be a good artist at all and can still leave with an awesome painting. Great staff and the drinks are very good too! Would definitely go again!

My daughter an i had an awesome night out at the studio. It was both our first time painting and our instructor was great. He said he could fix anything and he could! The pace is fast so you need to stay focused. I loved it personally. Party behind us was boisterous and lost but we stayed on task and had fun doing it. Instructor was encouraging , explained process well. I could have done with the music a bit less loud perhaps to allow better relaxation. Otherwise great fun!
