Beginners can learn the sensuous tradition of belly dance in this exciting dance class. You'll learn correct dance postures, isolation movements and drills to improve motion and build stamina. In addition to travel steps and layered shimmies, you'll work with directional and level changes, rhythms and veils. It's a well-rounded introduction to a cultural art form that provides grace and fluidity. Six months of beginner level classes are recommended as a foundation before moving on to intermediate classes.

Ladies, I came out of town to drop in this class and it was fantastic! The instructor is very good with cueing, the music was great, the owner is very positive and welcoming! Even the other girls that were taking the class were very nice and welcoming too. If you want to get connected your femininity in a nurturing environment this is the spot! ~With love Simone

This Belly Dance Class with Kelly is so much Fun! The dance instructor is very talented but also very funny and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I personally have been in her class for 7 months and I have learned so much as far as technique and choreography. My skill level continues to grow each week and I look fwd to this class every Tuesday to learn more! I absolutely love dancing, it's always been a passion for me! Instructor Ana provides empowerment and education through movement. With her years of experience and training, Instructor Ana brings passion and commitment to the success of her students. In addition to teaching belly dance, Latin dance, flamenco, modeling and nutrition courses, many of her students also perform as an entertainment troupe for private and public events. She strives to make dance and body movement fun, educational and fulfilling for everyone.
