Online Cooking Class: Vegan Italian Cooking for Beginners

During this virtual cooking class with Chef Angela-Michelle, you'll learn how to prepare a variety of classic vegan dishes across four courses of Italian cuisine. First, Chef Angela-Michelle will guide you through preparing a fresh and authentic bruschetta. Next, you'll use your culinary techniques to prepare a healthy vegan Ratatouille paired with a creamy and rich polenta. For the last dish, you'll learn how to make a classic italian basil pesto, bursting with herbs and spices.

The class was supposed to be cooking black beans, pork and plantains. Chef did not have any plantains so we couldn't do that part - and it was really the part that I took the course for. Chef asked me to email her so she could send a link to video about it, and I sent 2 emails but she never responded.
