In your virtual cooking class, Chef Rishika will share her tips and tricks on how to build a visually stunning gourmet charcuterie board that features fresh ingredients and a variety of textures and flavors. You'll fill the board with fruit, prosciutto and fresh cheeses such as brie and pecorino. Next, you'll make pomodoro dip and nut cheese with cashews and smoked paprika.
