Online Cooking Class: Italian Pasta From Scratch

Join Chef Carlos for a culinary journey to Italy in this online cooking class and learn how to make homemade Italian pasta without ever leaving your home. Using only flour, eggs and salt, you'll whip up traditional pasta dough from scratch. Then, Chef Carlos — who will be teaching live from Spain — will guide you in making authentic pappardelle pasta with a made-from-scratch basil pesto and creamy burrata sauce. To end this gourmet class, you'll learn the traditional Venetian techniques to making a perfectly layered rich tiramisu dessert.

I spent a lot of time researching cooking classes, signing up and then buying the ingredients. The class was scheduled for 10/21/2021 at 7pm ET, and I never received instructions on how to join the class. No zoom link, nothing. Tried contacting customer service. I was told I would get a call back. This still hasn't happened. Disappointed. I would be willing to get rescheduled to another class. Otherwise, I expect a refund. -Rachel
