Online Cooking Class: "Friends"-Themed Thanksgiving Dinner
Join Chef Sharon for a fun, live online cooking class featuring a menu inspired by the "Friends" TV show. You'll learn to make some of the show's most memorable fare to prepare a Thanksgiving menu like no other. Dishes include Rachel's "traditional" English trifle (sans the layer of beef), chocolate brownies inspired by Monica's infamous mockolate and Chandler's contribution to the menu: an elevated grilled cheese sandwich. What a great intro to candy making! She made it so easy and attainable. I was also super impressed by her performance while working under the stress of the violence occurring where she was. I worry deeply about her safety. My heartfelt best goes out to our chef.

Meet your chef
As a skilled chef, baker and culinary school instructor, Chef Sharon wears many hats in the kitchen. She’s also a chocolatier, honing her skills at a French company in Carpenteria before founding her own chocolate and pastry company specializing in crafting homemade creations for events, hosting workshops and teaching classes —most featuring chocolate, of course! Chef Sharon hopes to share her passion with her students while teaching them how to make delectable treats from scratch.
