Online Cooking Class: Cook Comforting Vegan Chowder

Cool weather calls for chowder, and this hands-on online cooking class with Chef Angela-Michelle will show you how to turn this creamy soup favorite into a vegan delight. With an eye on fresh flavor and a touch of contemporary magic, you'll create a soothing dish for friends and family to enjoy.

You'll prepare pepitas, toasted pumpkin seeds seasoned with warm Mexican spices, and cook up a batch of fried garlic chips that give restaurant chips a run for their money. Then, transform chickpeas, sweet potatoes and coconut milk into a chowder with authentic plant-based appeal. It's a comfort meal you can serve and savor all winter long.

The class was supposed to be cooking black beans, pork and plantains. Chef did not have any plantains so we couldn't do that part - and it was really the part that I took the course for. Chef asked me to email her so she could send a link to video about it, and I sent 2 emails but she never responded.
