Online Cooking Class: Colorful Breakfast Spread

Join Chef Stacy for a fun, colorful, online cooking class where you'll how to make several delightful dishes that are perfect for breakfast or brunch.

 

First, you'll kick off class with a bubbly rosé raspberry sorbet mimosa. As you sip, you'll prepare a flavor-packed garden vegetable omelette filled with savory cheese, spinach, mushrooms and bell peppers.


Next, you'll whip together zesty blueberry-orange muffins from scratch. While the muffins bake, you'll slice up a rainbow of fruit for a fruit salad finished with honey and lime

With rosé Champagne (or sparkling rosé wine) and raspberry sorbet


Garden Vegetable Omelette

Can be made gluten-free, low-carb, keto-friendly, vegetarian and/or vegan

With eggs and optional add-ons: Spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions or cheese


Blueberry-Orange Muffins

Can be made vegetarian and/or gluten-free

With quick-cooking oats and optional toppings of chopped nuts, sugar and cinnamon


Honey-Lime Rainbow Fruit Salad

Can be made vegan and/or gluten-free

With strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, grapes, kiwis, mandarin oranges and bananas


Every class is fully interactive.
Chef demonstrates each step and assists you as you perform each step.
