Online Cooking Class: Fast Food Gone Vegan

Join Chef Stacy for an interactive online cooking class to learn all the secrets to transforming fast-food favorites into healthy and delicious vegan dishes you can feel good about! During the class, you'll learn healthy substitute ingredients and plenty of helpful cooking techniques as you create a delicious vegan fast-food meal. You will prepare and cook up the ultimate black bean burger featuring all the toppings and a secret sauce, which you'll serve alongside an order of crispy baked onion rings made with oat and chickpea flour and almond milk. Then, to conclude your feast, you will indulge in a non-dairy hot fudge sundae with a refreshing Arnold Palmer to sip.
