Online Cooking Class: Fresh Thai Cooking

Prepare a menu of fresh Thai dishes in this online cooking class.

During this session, you’ll learn to assemble delicate rice paper spring rolls using simple, allergen-friendly ingredients. You'll fill your spring rolls with noodles, fresh herbs and your choice of shrimp or chicken. You’ll also prepare two classic dipping sauces: a bright nam jim chili sauce and a sweet chili sauce with garlic and ginger, and Chef Lisa will guide you step by step as you practice balancing different flavors. To finish, brew a refreshing dairy-free Thai iced tea infused with warm spices and topped with creamy coconut milk for a smooth finish. Book now!
