During this session, you’ll learn to assemble delicate rice paper spring rolls using simple, allergen-friendly ingredients. You'll fill your spring rolls with noodles, fresh herbs and your choice of shrimp or chicken. You’ll also prepare two classic dipping sauces: a bright nam jim chili sauce and a sweet chili sauce with garlic and ginger, and Chef Lisa will guide you step by step as you practice balancing different flavors. To finish, brew a refreshing dairy-free Thai iced tea infused with warm spices and topped with creamy coconut milk for a smooth finish. Book now!

Thai chili dipping sauce

With rice vinegar, sugar, rice wine, sambal oelek, garlic and ginger

With black or red Thai tea bags, star anise, cloves, sugar and dairy-free sweetened condensed milk

Chef Lisa pursued her deep-seated passion for food, cooking and nutrition by studying human foods and nutrition in college. With years of experience as an executive pastry chef at various resorts and hotels, and as a healthy eating specialist for a renowned grocery chain, she eventually launched her own culinary business. In her new venture, she guides individuals in exploring and discovering new foods, helping them improve their lives through better nutrition.
