You’ll wrap up by creating a spicy tuna roll made with fresh tuna, Japanese mayo and avocado. Your chef will guide you step by step, keeping the experience relaxed, engaging and hands-on. This experience was so far above my expectations. First, the food was amazing! I consider myself a foodie, so I don’t give that praise lightly. But what I was really amazed by was the fun that we had just interacting, talking, sharing stories. It was like having your best friends over for dinner. It felt like we had known each other for years! Chefs Gigi and JT brought light and laughter to the occasion and we had the most joyful night. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We had so much fun with Chef Legina and her crew! We are a rowdy bunch and they knew how to handle our craziness. The pasta was delicious and the class was pretty well organized.
