A duo of dishes that blend the best of Japanese and Peruvian cooking are on the table in this virtual cooking class taught by Chefs Vivian and Michi. Using a combination of fresh ingredients and authentic techniques from both cultures, you'll prepare shrimp yakitori served with aji amarillo and create beef negimaki made magical with a rocoto pepper marinade, then sample two different types of sake for the ultimate in fusion cuisine!

Chefs Vivian and Michi did a wonderful job with our cooking experience. They were well prepared when we arrived and very welcoming during the whole evening. They were very focused on teaching about the various dishes we were preparing, different techniques, spices etc - not just rushing to get it done. Well done and fun evening.

Such an awesome experience for Mother’s Day. Making food and memories in the kitchen is always more rewarding than going out to brunch sitting being on phone etc

Chef Vivian and Michi are more than amazing. They came in and brought a wonderful vibe and energy. They had everything prepped and prepared. Very communicative as well as thoughtful and friendly. The meal was 10/10 my family and I felt as though we were at a 5 start restaurant. I would love to see them again and would recommend them to anybody! Great experience.
