In this online cooking class, you'll create your own small-bite celebration, complete with exotic drinks and delectable appetizers.
Chefs Vivian and Michi share the secrets to preparing an exciting menu of small-plate favorites paired with a delicious tropical drink classic. You’ll craft zesty soy-ginger edamame with a garlic zing, and crispy vegetable gyoza with fresh napa cabbage, shiitake mushrooms and carrots, seasoned with ginger and scallions. Then, end your virtual cooking class with a refreshing traditional Mai Tai recipe with rum, apricot liqueur and pineapple juice.

Chefs Vivian and Michi were delightful hosts/instructors! We booked them for a small corporate team building event (10ish people). They were fun, engaging, patient and knowledgeable.... our group had a fantastic time. Highly recommended! PS, the drinks and food were delicious!

It was a fun selection of food items. Sadly, the ingredients were not all listed nor some of the amounts. During the class, there were items that were not mentioned in the directions. I had hoped to hear more from Michi's experience with the food in Japan- he did not have much time to talk. Finally, we seemed to end class about 20 minutes early and a slower pace may have been helpful.
