Chef Roxy is eager to show you how to turn humble chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans) into a joyous occasion of flavor and texture in this interactive virtual cooking class. With her expert instruction, you’ll learn to create a duet of recipes that are both vegan and gluten-free: Creamy hummus brightened with the zesty tang of lemon and crisp, savory falafel flavored with garlic and laden with fresh herbs.
