Let the good times roll for you and your crew in this New Orleans-themed team building activity! With guidance from Chef Carolina, you and your teammates will create an authentic French Quarter spread that includes sweet and savory beignets, shrimp and grits in spicy tomato-bacon gravy with biscuits, a creole vegetable omelet and potato hash with andouille sausage. You'll also learn the heritage of the region and the dishes you create. It's a celebration of tradition and teamwork like no other!

Sweet and Savory Beignets 

With Granny Smith apple, chocolate and crawfish


Shrimp and Grits 

 With spicy tomato-bacon gravy and cream biscuits


Creole Vegetable Omelet 

With corn maque choux, tomato, bell peppers, spinach and cheddar

I took Chef Carolina’s Italian class with my work team last fall, and knew I wanted to do the Mexican class with friends for my birthday. It did not disappoint!
