In this exciting team building activity with Chef Cregg, you and your group will take a culinary journey to Thailand as you work together to prepare authentic Thai dishes. As you explore the traditional techniques of Thai cooking, Chef Cregg will help you learn about the culture and history of Thailand. To start, you'll learn how to prepare vegetarian summer rolls filled with vermicelli rice, shiitake mushrooms, fresh herbs and marinated tofu, which you'll serve alongside a tangy peanut dipping sauce. Then, Chef Cregg will teach you and your group how to combine the flavors of regional fruits and Thai spices to create a green papaya salad with grilled beef. Lastly, the evening will end on a sweet note with a dessert of traditional mango sticky rice.

Fantastic evening with Chef Cregg. Can't emphasize enough the extent to which our class exceeded expectations. First of all, he's an absolute pleasure, and took far more time than he needed to actually teaching, rather than just "cooking and talking." He tailored it expertly to our level, and is clearly passionate about food. It was hands-on from beginning to end, and I picked up several tips and techniques that I'll use in my cooking. Secondly, the food was AMAZING. Every dish impressed us, and we're not easily impressed. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you!

After more than 20 years of culinary experience in cities across the nation, Chef Cregg now spends his time as a food stylist and chef instructor. From contemporary Californian to classic Caribbean, fusion BBQ and more, his blend of cooking styles spans the gamut of global cuisine. His use of modern techniques and seasonal ingredients in his dishes are sure to delight, and his passion for teaching will inspire home chefs of all levels.
